USAGE CONDITION
1.Daily maintenance：
Please clean dust with a piece of dry soft cloth, and do not use wet one. Don't use hard object scratch surface paint, and keep away of acid and alkali chemicals.
2.Periodic maintenance：
Generally each quarter is a maintenance time. Firstly, use a dry soft cloth to wipe the surface dust. Secondly, put some special polishing wax evenly on surface, a few minutes later, clean the wax with soft cloth again. It will make the portal surface shining and moistureproof.
3. Installation:
Before installation, we choose good location, eg: room, bedroom, office, conference room,hotels, and other places. Clean up the place, leaving enough space to display portal and install. The floor should be smooth, clean and dry.

MAINTENANCE ATTENTION
1.Wipe the portal gently with a dry soft cloth during daily cleaning and maintenance. For stubborn stains, use neutral detergent treatment. Don’t use acid and alkali washing chemicals.
2.Please note that not too much rub to edges and corners of portal, otherwise it will cause epidermis off.
3.Please fix the screws, handles tightly.

GUARANTEE OBLIGATIONS
1.We provide one year warranty for the electric fireplace. Within the warranty period, any quality problem is free to repair. If product damaged because of customer’s improper usage and maintenance, and it’s exceed the warranty period, we could provide compensable services.
2. The mantel is not suitable in high temperature, high humidity, direct sunlight, direct lighting, outdoor and rooms with corrosive air. Out of the above standard is not within the scope of warranty.
